That's really shocking to find a homeless here in Kuwait. Well i guess if he goes to Bait El Zakah they will help him out and if he is Kuwaiti The Ministry of Affairs i guess can help him find a place and support him financially.

Very similar to stuff I see in Los Angeles...especially now, with the recession. With the technology and resources at our disposal now, it's a shame that anyone has to go without the very basics of life: food, shelter, and physical security.

Yes - I'm a unrealistic idealist, I know. But we can get closer to that reality, the more we try.

I am surprised too teddy ,
Am thinking of a new definition of "homeless" in Kuwait:
"homes with out people" Deserted and abundant...
Not "people with out homes"
